Leading Transformative Coach

I coach clients to help them realise what’s possible, both personally and professionally.

Based on the understanding of the 3 Principles, deep transformation are occurring during the coaching session.

Trained by Michael Neill in 2019 in the SuperCoach Academy Europe, I have deepened my understanding of the 3Ps, kept working on my humanity and improved my coaching skills acquired in the past.

But before I explained my coaching journey, let me tell you about me and my life journey.

I have always wanted to be an engineer since I was teenage as well as being appealed by the east and its philosophy, I mean China and Japan.

In my path to become an engineer, which I did, I have failed 3 times at different steps in the path.

I have failed at my high school exam the first time and in the same year failed 3 times to get my driving license.

Then I have failed at my bachelor degree the first time but then made it the next year. I was in an internship in UK when I was called to come back to France to go for the face to face interview to join the engineer school.

I succeeded in passing the test and finishing my internship.

Then came the time in engineering school and I failed the 2nd year.

Too bad as I reached the age limit to postponed my time in the army, so I had to stop the study for 1 year before finishing the school.

But I made it.

Then life started and I have been blessed to be able to rely on all my setbacks in my studies to be able to then work, live and travel to 35 countries.

All the events made me who I am today and led me to discover coaching and what it is to be a true human being.

You can fail.

As long as you raise up every time, you will finally find your voice and your life path, which for me is coaching and that I describe below.

I have started my coaching journey in Hong Kong in 2015 while going through different crisis.

I have studied leadership which led me to discover coaching and finding it was my calling.

The first leadership trainings were :

– Better leader, richer life from Wharton University of Pennsylvania

– Inspiring leadership via emotional intelligence from Case Western Reserve University

I have then decided to take it very seriously and professionally by attending an ICF accredited training first to get the real strong basis for my development.

I emphasise on the ICF accredited because you will find that a lot of training out there do not have the fundamentals right.

This is what makes the first difference between a professional coach and a “normal” coach.

Since that first training, I have made a conscious decision to continuously develop my skills and knowledge about coaching in order to be able to offer the best to my clients.

I have attended summit on Adult development and on coaching presence.

I have attended and graduated the C-IQ enhanced practitioner training.

I have kept learning and training either in person or online with the best teachers / coaches in the world i.e. Michael Neill, Rich Litvin, Steve Chandler to name a few.

And this continuous learning and investment in oneself is the second difference between a professional coach and a “normal” coach.

Last but not least, part of my journey is to give back to society. So every year and every time it is possible, I am offering my services as Pro-bono to NGOs in order to develop theirs members and leaders.
